# Starting up at wato

## Here is a step-by-step process for you to start using Wato:

    Get a new number: Wato works with personal/business numbers, not Business APIs. You can also use an existing number if it is already being used for groups/communities.
  </Step>

    Server setup: Within the next four hours of your sign-up, a new server will be set up to enable your services. You will receive an email to confirm the same.
